Open Positions:

Electronic Technician

This position is responsible for performing functional tests on a variety of standard and custom electronic products and sub-systems with or without the aid of established test procedures; corrects design or assembly problems and assures written or verbal performance specifications are achieved. This position also will configure electronic control hardware per design; execute tests; document all quality related findings and test results. Candidates will need to decipher schematics and specifications to isolate and repair defective circuit faults on products and sub-systems along with developing tests to verify custom designed products and sub-systems are performing as intended.

Wire Harness Cell Lead

The Wire Harness Cell lead will be responsible for a body of work defined by product type or customer.  Production team (manager and team leads) will assign production staff as product demand warrants.  Duties include:

  • Oversee delivery of work orders on a timely basis
  • Develop best practice for work order/customer including samples, photos, work instructions, sub-assemblies
  • Identify staffing shortages throughout the life of work orders to reduce/eliminate late deliveries
  • First line of inspection for quality of product for work order, approve and release to quality/shipping
